All barre classes burn your thighs...but this class BURNS YOUR THIGHS! It's the first class on Barre Now to incorporate Thigh Dancing and it pulls in a lot of the staple barre exercises. Elyssa brings a little extra to the tricep section with dips, overhead extensions and straight arm lifts while Prone.


Elyssa is a motivated instructor who thrives on pushing her clients to reach their goals by bringing a fresh enthusiastic approach to every class and session she leads. Most importantly, she knows the greatest gift she can give is an awareness that leads to mind and body alignment while building a strong, healthy body.
