The Workout: Warm-Up #2

In this clip you will find exercises that make up a Barre Intensity warm-up. Our goal is to break down some of the warm-up exercises reviewed during our Comprehensive Instructor Training. We focus more on set up and cueing in this clip vs exact duration that would take place in a live class. Specific exercises taught are:
