We're breaking down the workout. In this clip you will find exercises that focus on the biceps, shoulders and triceps creating the upper body segment of the Barre Intensity class outline. Lower body exercises are incorporated to maintain the intensity. Keep in mind that the upper body segment is 12-15 minutes long so some exercises will need to be executed for a longer period of time.
