The Workout: Upper Body #1

In this clip you will find exercises that make up a Barre Intensity upper body series. Our goal is to break down some of the upper body exercises reviewed during our Comprehensive Instructor Training (page numbers referenced are from our Comprehensive Instructor Training Manual). We focus more on set up and cueing in this clip vs exact duration that would take place in a live class. Specific exercises taught are:
