The Workout: Thighs #2

In this clip you will find exercises that make up a Barre Intensity thigh series. Our goal is to break down some of the thigh exercises reviewed during our Comprehensive Instructor Training (page numbers referenced are from our Comprehensive Instructor Manual). We focus more on set up and cueing in this clip vs exact duration that would take place in a live class. Specific exercises taught are: 

Single Leg Lift Front (full range, pulses up, squeezes in): pages 90 & 91 

Lunge to Barre Intensity Kick Front: page 91 

Lunge: pages 86 & 87 

Knee Bend Legs Together Parallel: page 80
