The Workout: Stretches #2

In this clip you will find exercises that make up a Barre Intensity end of class stretch series. Our goal is to break down some of the stretching exercises reviewed during our Comprehensive Instructor Training (page numbers referenced are from our Comprehensive Instructor Manual). We focus more on set up and cueing in this clip vs exact duration that would take place in a live class. Specific exercises taught are:
