This class uses the long band looped around the barre the whole way through. You'll see a creative way to teach seated pretzel immediately followed by a side leg lift series. Put these two exercises together and you've got a killer glute focus. We eliminated our more traditional thigh block exercise series for this class but that doesn't mean your thighs won't be working.

We used the black TheraBand cut to 7 feet in length. If you have shorter bands those should work as long as they are lighter than black in resistance. As always, try the exercises out with your props first before teaching.
