No pulling or pushing on the barres; this class was designed for those of you using portable barres. Grab your ball and light weights and get ready to work! Pay special attention to the muscles in the back and maintaining a neutral/optimal spine while working at the barre. We spend a bit of time in a fold over position and when executed properly it's a great workout for the back muscles.
